History (Abridged & Unhinged)
- Phase 1: Four lads under Will Stutely said "the Sheriff is mid" and became highwaymen. Got caught. Scheduled for hanging. Classic startup pivot.
- Phase 2: Robin Hood returns from the Holy Land. Finds out the Sheriff took his lands. Mood: irredeemable. Saves the boys. Flees to Sherwood like it's a Discord server.
- Phase 3: Recruitment arc — freed Will Scarlet, picked up Friar Tuck, roster now stacked.
- Phase 4: Ambushed every caravan in Sherwood. Crashed a wedding. Took Guy of Gisbourne's lands and gave them back to Lord Godwin. Community-first redistribution.
- Phase 5: Stole the Royal Scepter AND the Book of Domesday. Prince John's name? Shunned. We're not sorry.
